Drivetrain acts as your System of Metrics.
This requires integrating your data from your business systems (or data sources) to Drivetrain. Doing this enables you to create a single source of truth for your business and more efficiently report, analyze, and act on your business data.
Drivetrain offers several ways to bring your data together. This includes gathering, transforming, and storing your data to better serve your company’s reporting and analysis needs using an intuitive interface, with no coding knowledge required.
There are two ways to bring your data into Drivetrain:
Data connectors (recommended): Drivetrain supports 800+ business applications and databases including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zenefits, Zuora, Google Sheets, and many, more via a standardized interface. These data imports can be set to be synced periodically and fully automatically.
Creating or uploading datasets manually.
Only users with Admin privileges have access to the Data page.
To connect a new data source, from the Data page, click on the + New data source button on the top right of the page.
You will be redirected to the Integrations page within Drivetrain. You can choose from over seven categories of data sources including:
Customer Success Management
You can click + Connect on the desired data source and follow the instructions in the pop-up window.
Once you have connected a data source, it should be available in the Data page which displays a list of all your connected data sources alongside the tables (or datasets) associated with each data source.
For certain data sources such as Google Sheets, you can add more tables by using the Add data option as shown below.
