Pipedrive Setup

Step 1: Add a new user

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Settings > Manage Users > . Add a new user to your account by clicking the “+” button.

  1. Enter the email address dedicated to your Drivetrain account (this will be provided by your Drivetrain onboarding partner) and create the account.

Step 2: Update user permissions

  1. In the top right corner, click your profile picture. Select Company settings > Manage users.

  2. Grant the newly created user with the Deals admin permission set.

  1. Make sure that the Deals Admin has access to Use API as well.

  2. Save the changes.

Step 3: Find the subdomain

  1. Find your subdomain in your Pipedrive URL. For example, if your Pipedrive URL is drivetrain.pipedrive.com then your subdomain is ’drivetrain’.

That’s it! Share your subdomain and account credentials with your drivetrain onboarding partner to get started!
